The resources on this website build on the content of The Top 10 Leadership Conversations in the Bible. If you haven’t read this book, you won’t get the full value out of this site. But there’s no excuse, because you can access it for free.
After reading the book you will understand how exploring the leader, followers, and situation, will help you mine for leadership gold in the Bible. The purpose of the searchable database is to make it easier for you to unearth principles and values from Scripture that will inform your leadership. The 6 Question Study Guide will give you a jump start on that process.
The Bible Centered Leadership Development Planner is designed to help you apply the Equipping Formula explained in chapter 11 of the book. We are still working on the final design of this tool and looking for beta users who would be willing to give us feedback when we are ready to launch.
